My Take Charge of PCOS program is an evidence-based 3 month 1:1 program (delivered virtually), designed to give you a structured, yet flexible plan to help you take back control of your health, optimise your diet to help manage your PCOS symptoms ad reduce your risk of associated diseases later in life,

  • The role of Insulin resistance in driving symptoms such as excess hair growth/loss, acne, cravings, excessive appetite and ovulation issues -  and how to adjust your diet to help manage this

  • The impact of inflammation and poor gut health on PCOS and guidance on following an anti-inflammatory (hint – it’s probably not the restrictive diet you read about on instagram!) and gut-loving diet.

  • Evidence-based nutrition strategies to improve your blood lipid profile

  • Your own unique nutrition needs, including guidance around carbohydrates

  • Key nutrients to support PCOS management and long term health

You’ll receive:

  • 6-month access the online learning portal with loads of self-guided video based learning content and supporting resources to help turn theory into action

  • 1:1 high touch point zoom-based coaching plus Between session support via dedicated client portal to help you stay on track with your goals: Food/mood/lifestyle journal review, messenger support and check in form

  • Educational resources to support you outside of sessions

  • Your own personalised PCOS supplement plan

  • Blood test recommendations, reviews and dietary and supplement advice to address any identified issues that may be impacting your fertility or PCOS symptoms

PCOS and Fertility Nutrition program - for those who are currently trying to get pregnant or planning to start trying in the next 12 months - designed to help improve fertility, prepare for a health pregnancy, as well as manage PCOS symptoms and long-term health. 

While PCOS is a major cause of infertility - particularly related to ovulation issues, that does NOT mean that you can't and won't get pregnant - and the good news is that your diet can have a BIG impact on ovulation, your fertility in general and help reduce the risk of PCOS associated pregnancy complications..
