Step1: Nutrition, health and lifestyle assessment
The first step is a 60-minute comprehensive lifestyle assessment where we determine your current health profile and establish goals of nutrition therapy. You’ll be asked to complete a pre-appointment questionnaire and sent instructions prior to the appointment of anything else you may need to bring with you, such as blood test results. This step is vital and allows me to assess your blood results and other health-related information, and review your current diet to effectively tailor your nutrition therapy to your specific needs and goals.
Investment: $180 (approx. 60 min session, includes a summary of assessment and recommendations).
Step 2: Ongoing nutrition therapy and coaching:
Following the initial consultation, we’ll work out a plan of how many subsequent sessions you may require to understand the ins and outs of your individual nutrition needs and reach your goals. Every client is different, and some clients may only need 1-2 sessions, but typically 4 – 8 sessions may be recommended, depending on your specific goals.
Investment: Appointments can be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis for $98 per session (approx. 30-min session) or as packages for discounted rates.
The 4-week Nutrition reboot:
A 4 week individualised program designed to your specific needs – whether that’s enhancing fertility, getting your body baby-ready, optimising your pregnancy or postnatal diet, or managing a specific health condition. This package aims to arm you with the knowledge you need to take control of your nutrition. You’ll learn which supplements you may need to take and why, the right balance and types of macronutrients, which micronutrients you need to focus on and much, much more.
Includes a 60-minute Initial Assessment and 4 x 30 minute sessions either in-person or via zoom and all educational materials as needed.
The 8-week behaviour change program
Designed to build long-lasting habits.
Let’s face it, knowing what to eat is only part of the battle – actually doing it is a different story. Changing habits is hard and takes time and support, especially if we have a complicated relationship with food or emotional eating issues we need to work through, as I find many clients do. Research (and experience!) shows that clients get better results with long-term follow up and accountability. As well as educating you on the “what” of nutrition, and including everything from the Nutrition Reboot package, you’ll benefit from the support and accountability to help you establish and maintain long-lasting health-behaviours and reach your goals faster.
Includes a 60-minute Initial Assessment and 8 x 30-minute sessions either in-person or via zoom, all educational materials as needed and unlimited email support.
Online diet and health assessment:
Don’t have time to chat in person or via skype, but want to make sure your diet is up to scratch? This is the solution for you! Complete our comprehensive health, lifestyle and dietary questionnaire and receive an individualised assessment and recommendations to optimise your diet and lifestyle, based on your personal goals and health profile. Package includes one email review, where you’ll have the opportunity to have your questions answered by your expert dietitian.
